Online Bookings

We prefer you to be referred by your GP or specialist. Please be aware, you may be referred to an appropriate physician during treatment, particularly if you have not been reviewed by an Ear Nose & Throat specialist or Respiratory specialist within the last 12 months.

We ask that all patients meet at least the following criteria before booking an appointment:

1.     Cough has persisted for more than 2 months.
2.     No current upper respiratory tract infection.

In-Person Initial Assessment (40mins) = $195
In-Person Review Session (25 mins) = $140

Pensioners are offered a 20% discount.

In-Person fees are payable at reception on the day of your appointment.

Telehealth Cough Therapy
Australia-wide

With telehealth, you don’t have to travel to our clinics for your appointment, you can instead have your consultation from the comfort of your home or at work. You can choose between a telehealth appointment using a computer or tablet/smartphone with webcam video. Normal telephone call consultations are also an option. You don’t need do pay when booking, we’ll send you a payment reminder a couple of days before your appointment. Fees are normally collected 24 hours prior to your appointment where possible.

Private Health Funds

Rebates are available through some private health care fund 'extras'. Please check with your fund to determine your eligibility for speech pathology. Our receipts are issued with appropriate item numbers for claiming.

Medicare - CARE PLANS (ENHANCED PRIMARY CARE/CHRONIC DIsease management)

We accept care plans from your GP and need these made out and submitted to us (email or fax) prior to your appointment time. A care plan provides a rebate of $58.00 (as at January, 2024) per session after you have paid for your appointment. Out-of-pocket costs will count toward your Medicare Safety Net. Ask your GP about eligibility.
